Whiskeyjack Lodge
Lodge
Base
Built 1974
A base-area lodge built in 1974. Renovated and expanded in 1996 with a new look. Named for the gray jay (Perisoreus canadensis), also known as whisky jack; a bold, curious bird common in the Rockies. The staircase features a historic photograph of the back side of the Lake Louise ski resort (including the Top of the World Yan lift, 1989–2002). This lodge is connected to the Lodge of the Ten Peaks at the base.
